Weapons found abandoned in Palakkad; swords stained with blood, suspected to have used to kill Sanjith

PALAKKAD: Weapons were found abandoned at Kannanur. Four swords were found tied in a sack near the national highway. There were blood stains in one of the swords and hair was found in another sword.

The police will examine whether this was used to murder RSS activist Sanjith. He was killed on Monday morning. He was attacked near the national highway at 8.45 am.

The post-mortem report said Sanjith died after his head received six hack injuries. There were thirty hack injuries on his body. The attack took place in front of his wife. His wife told police that the assailants hacked him after surrounding him. SDPI are behind the murder, alleged the BJP.
