Sabarimala women entry case should be considered soon, former tantri's wife writes to CJI

NEW DELHI: The wife of former tantri (chief priest) Kandararu Maheswararu has written to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court asking the apex court to consider the case regarding the entry of women in Sabarimala immediately. In her letter, Devaki Antharjanam pointed out that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi have supported the demand of the believers. She also stated that the verdict in the case would be a milestone in the history of the Indian judicial system.
