Vellappally Natesan completes 25 years at helm of SN organizations, governor to inaugurate silver jubilee celebrations

ALAPPUZHA: The year-long celebrations and social welfare activities will begin today as part of Vellapally Natesan's completion of 25 years as SNDP General Secretary and SN Trust Secretary.

President Dr MN Soman will light the 'bhadradeepam' at 4 pm at a specially prepared venue at SN College, Cherthala. The Silver Jubilee celebrations will be inaugurated by Governor Arif Mohammad Khan. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will preside over the function.

Sree Narayana Dharmasangham Trust President Swami Sachithananda will deliver the blessing address and Union Minister V Muraleedharan will deliver the keynote address. Union Minister Rajiv Chandrasekhar will inaugurate the civil service training scheme and CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan will inaugurate the housing scheme. Minister P Prasad, KPCC President K Sudhakaran, BJP State President K Surendran, Yogam Vice President Thushar Vellapally and Yogam Devaswom Secretary Arayakkandi Santhosh will address the function. General Secretary Vellapally Natesan will deliver the reply speech.

It is the beginning of welfare schemes that provide care and love to many ordinary people. The main goal is to provide support and shade for the homeless poor. Silver Jubilee celebrations can be seen live at 238 venues inside and outside the country. Two and a half lakh people will watch this. In most places, ministers and people's representatives will take part.
