Kareena Kapoor’s house sealed after confirming Covid-19; BMC fears she is super spreader

MUMBAI: After Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor and her friend Amrita Arora tested positive for Covid-19, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is planning to conduct a test in their homes. All those who came in contact with them will be tested. The corporation had the other day sealed the houses of the two.

They tested positive of the virus yesterday. Meantime, the corporation said the two are not divulging the details of those who came in contact with them. The authorities are trying to trace them. The authorities are also concerned that more people may have contracted the disease from Kareena.

The corporation alleged that the actress attended many parties without adhering to Covid protocol. Kareena and Amrita, who are best friends, often party together. The Mumbai Principal Corporation had demanded those who came in contact with them to undergo RTPCR test.
