Dileep asked me not to tell anyone seeing Pulsar Suni with him, Kavya called continuously, reveals former friend

KOCHI: Director Balachandra Kumar made a crucial revelation in the case of attacking the actress. In an interview to a channel, he revealed that Dileep had a close relationship with Pulsar Suni, the accused in the case, and that the actor and his relatives forced him not to divulge this to anyone. Balachandra Kumar was Dileep's close friend .The friendship which started in 2014 lasted till April 2021.

The director revealed that Dileep had obtained the footages of the attack when he was released on bail, and that he is a witness to this. A VIP delivered the footages of the attack to Dileep's house. Dileep's brother Anoop and his sister's husband Suraj had watched the footages and that he is a witness to this.


He said that when he went for the house warming function of Dileep's house, saw Suni there. Kumar said that when he saw the picture of Pulsar Suni in the dailies the next day asserting him as the accused in the case, called Dileep and asked him isn’t this the boy I saw in your house that day. Dileep then asked him back about which boy you are talking about.

Later, Dileep asked me not to divulge seeing Pulsar Suni with him. While in remand, he called me at the Aluva jail and requested the same again. Dileep and his relatives later acted lovingly with me. The actor’s brother-in-law called me. Kavya called many times. The director said that Kavya had told him that she will not eat until she gets a clarity from him.
