Murders were not committed by girls; victim’s wife levels serious allegations

WAYANAD: Wife of Muhammed murdered in Ambalavayal, came forward levelling serious allegations. She alleged that the girls cannot commit the murder and that it was committed by some others belonging to the family.

‘The girls will not do this. I will not agree whoever says it. She blamed her brother and his son for committing the murder. They forced the girls to own up the crime. They can do everything by standing outside,’ Muhammed’s wife told a private channel.

Muhammed’s wife’s sister-in-law and the minor girls were taken into custody in the case. The girls reached the police station yesterday evening at 3 pm and surrendered before the police. The body was recovered from the well from where they dumped it.

The siblings allegedly hacked him to death when they saw Muhammed trying to rape their mother at their home.
