Three students killed after bike rams into tree

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Three students were killed after a bike rammed into a tree near Vazhayila in Thiruvananthapuram. The deceased have been identified as Bineesh (16), Steffin (16) and Mullappan (16). According to witnesses, the bike on which the three were travelling lost control and rammed into a tree. As per the preliminary conclusion of the police, overspeeding caused the accident. Although the three were rushed to the Medical College Hospital, they could not be saved.

A CCTV footage of the accident showed the speeding bike ramming into a tree near the petrol pump at Vazhayila.
