Multi-action plan to deal with the third wave

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister Veena George said a multi-model action plan has been prepared to deal with the sharp rise in Covid cases in the state. The action plan is designed to increase the hospital's infrastructure, monitoring system, testing strategy and oxygen stock, taking into account hospital admissions, ICU admissions and the number of patients.

"The preparations will be in three stages as per the increase in Covid cases. The main goal is to equip hospitals to move on to the next stage with each indication. Through this, treatment can be ensured for all," the minister said.
