wife-swapping

KOTTAYAM: The woman's brother said that despite filing a complaint two years ago about swapping of partners using social media, the police did not take it seriously. He said a complaint has been lodged with the district police chief pointing this. Her husband was summoned to the station when complained about his sexual misconduct and the constant harassment asking to share bed with others. He laughed off the accusation saying that she was joking and asked if any husband would ask his wife to do this. With this, the two were counselled and left. The husband later expressed love saying that his attitude had changed and then began to abuse her and swap her. The brother said that if the complaint had been investigated then, she would not have been subjected to such brutal torture.

The brother also said that he had told the children that if their mom wished, they could become millionaires.

The brother revealed that the district police chief had assured him that the police would look whether there was any negligence in handling the complaint lodged earlier and seek an explanation from the officers in charge of the station then.

The woman's husband was brought home for collecting evidence. Some sexual stimulants were recovered from there. The court remanded all the six arrested, including him.
