Covid spike in Thiruvananthapuram: Ponmudi-Agasthyarkoodam bookings cancelled

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: With the spike in Covid cases in the state, all existing bookings to Ponmudi-Agasthyarkoodam tourist destinations in the capital district have been cancelled, the district collector said.

The move comes at a time when the Covid prevalence rate in the district is among the highest in the districts of the state. Instead, online bookings will start from tomorrow, but only 50 people per day will be allowed to enter through online bookings, the district administration informed.
