CI’s name was first written in daughter’s suicide note, yet deliberately omitted, Mofiya’s father threatens to move court if not made accused

ALUVA: Dilshad Salim, father of Mofiya Parveen, a law student who committed suicide following domestic harassment, complained against the charge sheet filed in the case. He said the police deliberately omitted circle inspector Sudheer and that the charge sheet could not be accepted.

Circle inspector Sudheer is also responsible for Mofiya’s suicide. His name was first mentioned in her suicide note. That only is enough. He should be included in the list of the accused. A departmental inquiry against the circle inspector is not enough and that would approach the court if not included in the case, her father said while talking to a private channel.

Mofiya’s husband Suhail is the first accused. His mother Rukhiya is the second and father Yousuf the third accused. The charge sheet mentioned that Mofiya was subjected to brutal torture at her husband’s house.
