Bumper lottery winner receives several letters seeking help

KOTTAYAM: "Sister, without my husband's knowledge I incurred a liability of Rs 10 lakhs, please help." - a Thalassery native reached the house of Christmas New Year bumper winner Aymanam Olipparambil Sadanandan asking her help.

The request was made to Sadanandan's wife Rajamma. Similarly, many people have come asking for help from 12 crore winner. They receive several letters with the same demand, one such letter asked for Rs 15 lakhs.

The letters received till now have become a big bundle. Ever since Sadanandan became the lucky winner, the postman arrives daily with atleast three letters. These letters are from strangers from unknown places seeking monetary help for treatment, marriage, house construction, property dealing etc.

Rajamma says most of the letters are from the northern districts.

Sadanandan did not stop his painting work despite being a millionaire. I will go to work every day. Sadanandan says he is not ready to quit his job. He has selected few natives and certain deserving people in order to help. Let my people also enjoy a part of the good fortune I received ”says Sadanandan.
