KOCHI: The High Court will consider actor Dileep's anticipatory bail plea in the case of conspiracy to kill the investigating officers in the case of attacking the actress, at 1.45 pm today. The court decided to consider the case immediately after the prosecution filed a plea stating that Dileep is not cooperating with the case.

The court had yesterday adjourned the case to next Wednesday at the request of the prosecution. The court also ordered that there should be no arrests till then. However, in a dramatic move, the prosecution approached the high court today. The prosecution approached the court with the demand to consider the case today itself as new evidences have been obtained against Dileep.

Apart from Dileep, his brother Anoop (P Sivakumar), brother-in-law T N Suraj, relative Appu and friend Baiju Chengamanad have also filed anticipatory bail pleas. The crime branch registered a case against them based on the statement of director Balachandra Kumar. Kumar, a witness to Dileep and his aides hatching conspiracy to endanger the investigating officials, handed over a voice clip recorded by him to the crime branch.
