Rima Kallingal's workout pictures post-covid recovery becomes viral

Rima Kallingal shared pictures of her workout, post covid recovery, after one month rest.

'Back at it after a month of post covid rest. I was in a rush to get back to workouts but life has a way of humbling you . Listen to your body , respect what it is trying to tell you', Rima wrote on her post. Her pictures soon went viral. Her last film released in theatre was 'Virus', which was three years ago. Rima's bollywood debut was through the movie 'Sunny Side Upar'. She also wrote dialogue for the movie 'Santhoshathinte Onnam Rahasyam' . Rima is also active in production field along with her husband and director Ashique Abu.

Rima is also starring in Bhargavi Nilayam, directed by Aashiq Abu, with Prithviraj and Kunchako Boban among the cast.
