Tourism department prepares plans and packages; extensive campaigns to attract tourists

THRIUVANANTHAPURAM: As Covid crisis has ended, Tourism department has come up with innovative schemes and packages to attract tourists to Kerala with nationwide and international campaigns.In addition to new ventures such as Caravan Holidays, the campaign will focus on ideas such as long stays, homestays and drive holidays. Apart from promoting at trade fairs, B2B partnership meetings, newspapers, television, radio, digital, OTT and theatres, road shows will also be organized in major cities across India.

They will also participate in and BIT Milan (Italy) and 28th International Mediterranean Tourism Market held in Tel Aviv, Israel from March to May. Apart from this, they will also participate in domestic trade fairs such as OTM Mumbai, TTF Chennai, South Asian Travel and Tourism Exchange New Delhi. Partnership meetings will be held in Delhi, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Bangalore.

Kerala Drive Holidays is an exciting holiday experience for tourists visiting Kerala. Tourists arriving at the airport can avail the services of self-driving cars or drivers to visit the tourist attractions.

Kerala Tourism is currently on the path of revival. The recently launched plans and packages will surely attract a lot of tourists. Through nationwide campaigns , we can attract more tourists, said Minister P.A. Muhammad Riyas

'Change of Air' is an important concept in the campaign in Kerala which conveys the message that breathing fresh air in Kerala's greenery is energetic and healthy.
