Pink ball test: India beats SL by massive 238 runs, completes series whitewash

BENGALURU: The Indian men's cricket team has completed a series whitewash against Sri Lanka with a massive 238 run win in the pink ball test in Bengaluru. Chasing a mammoth target of 447 runs, Sri Lanka was bowled out for 208. Ravichandran Ashwin (four wickets) and Jasprit Bumrah (three wickets) were the standout bowlers for India. Akshar Patel and Ravindra Jadeja took one wicket each.

At one stage, Sri Lanka were 97 for the loss of just one wicket. However, India managed to bowl out the visitors for just 208, thanks to some outstanding bowling by Ashwin and Bumrah. Sri Lanka lost their last four wickets for just six runs.
