Talks lewdly at women from abroad, Indian embassy employee arrested

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The police have arrested a man who allegedly disturbed women by calling them on the phone. The arrested has been identified as Pranav Krishna, an employee of the Indian Embassy in Saudi Arabia.

He was arrested when he reached Thiruvananthapuram airport from Saudi Arabia this morning. The Thiruvananthapuram Rural Cyber Police had issued a lookout notice against him. Soon after the plane landed, the staff detained him and informed the police.

A complaint lodged asserted that he had been constantly disturbing a woman from Neyyattinkara for the past one and a half years. He disturbed her via internet calls. He would call from foreign numbers and talk lewdly. He was arrested based on the complaint of the woman.
