Noose tightens more for actor, receives Pulsar Suni’s original letter from fellow- prisoner’s house

KOCHI: The original letter sent to Dileep by Pulsar Suni, the first accused in the case of attacking the actress, has been found. The original was obtained from the house of Sajith, native of Kundamkulam and fellow-prisoner of Pulsar. The letter is a crucial proof for the conspiracy behind the attack towards the actress. The letter said that will apologise for the mistake committed. The investigating team had the other day collected the samples of Pulsar Suni’s handwriting to confirm the authenticity of the letter. This will be sent to forensic examination.

Pulsar Suni wrote the letter on May 7 in 2018 from jail. The letter also asserted that the truth cannot be covered up even if lawyers and witnesses are bought. Although the letter was written, it could not be handed over to Dileep. Dileep's lawyer took the letter from Sajith and returned it a few days later.

Meantime, the high court had the other day rejected the bail plea of Pulsar Suni. The high court had rejected the bail plea on the ground that bail could not be granted at this stage of the ongoing probe. In the meantime, the government has made it clear that the probe into the murder conspiracy case against Dileep should not be handed over to the CBI. If the FIR registered by the crime branch is not cancelled, the investigation should be handed over to the CBI. Based on the revelation of director Balachandra Kumar, the crime branch filed a case against Dileep and others on charges of conspiracy.
