Attempting to sabotage the case along with accused; actress lodges another complaint against Dileep's lawyer

KOCHI: The survivor of the 2017 actor assault case filed another complaint against Dileep's lawyer in the Bar Council. In her complaint, the survivor alleged that the lawyer was subverting the case along with the accused.

Earlier, the Bar Council had not accepted the first complaint lodged by the survivor by pointing out that the complaint was not filed in accordance with the law. The bar council had directed her to pay a fee of Rs 2,500 and submit 30 copies with the complaint. Following this, the actress submitted a new complaint to the Bar Council correcting the errors.

In her complaint, the actress alleged that advocate B Raman Pillai attempted to influence witnesses and tamper with the evidence in the case.
