'Let people say what they want': Tharoor reacts after video of him and Supriya Sule goes viral

NEW DELHI: Shashi Tharoor MP has come up with a video of himself and NCP MP Supriya Sule circulating on social media. Taking to Twitter, Tharoor said that Supriya, who was about to speak during the debate in the Lok Sabha, had asked him a policy question. Tharoor said she was speaking softly and he leaned over so as not to disturb the person who was talking at the time.

In another tweet tagging Supriya, Tharoor also tweeted the lyrics of the song 'Kuch To Log Kahenge' from the movie Amar Prem starring Rajesh Khanna and Sharmila Tagore. 'Let the people say what they want, it's their job' is the meaning of the song's lyrics.
