V S Rajesh and A C Reji win Vayalar Rama Varma Cultural Vedi Award

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala Kaumudi deputy editors V S Rajesh and A C Reji have won the Media Award by Vayalar Rama Varma Cultural Vedi. V S Rajesh was nominated for the award for hs outstanding contribution to media and best visual media interview. The award is given to A C Reji, who is also the Thiruvananthapuram bureau chief, for excellence in the field of print media.

The award carries a cash prize of Rs 15,000, citation and plaque. The awards will be presented at a function in Thiruvananthapuram by Dr G Rajmohan, President, Samskarika Vedi, Sreevatsan Namboothiri, Vice President and Manakkad Ramachandran, Secretary J S Indu Kumar, consulting editor, Amrita TV and G K Suresh Kumar, editor-in-chief, Janam TV received the award for outstanding contribution to media.
