Solar sexual abuse case; collecting evidence with complainant, CBI team in Cliff House

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The CBI team is at the Cliff House as part of an investigation against former chief minister Oommen Chandy in the solar case. The evidence is collected by a team led by CBI inspector Nibul Sankar along with the complainant. The case is that Chandy sexually abused her while serving as the chief minister.

The incident happened in 2012. The case investigated by the crime branch was handed over to the CBI as per the demand of the complainant in the solar fraud case. Her statement was that she was sexually abused in the Cliff House. However, the crime branch report was that no evidence was obtained in the investigation.
