CHENNAI: Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, MK Stalin traveled in a government bus as his government completes one year. The Chief Minister traveled by bus on Radhakrishnan Salai Road in Chennai and interacted with the passengers.
Free travel for women was the main promise of the DMK during the election campaign. The CM spoke to the female passengers of the bus regarding the issue of free tickets. Stalin made a number of announcements in connection with the first anniversary, including the provision of free breakfast to students in all government schools.
Stalin also visited the memorials of DMK founder CN Annadurai and former chief minister and father M Karunanidhi. Stalin came to power in 2021 after ten years of AIADMK rule.
