Fire at two-wheeler shop in capital city; 32 bikes gutted in fire

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A fire broke out at a shop renting bikes in Muttathara. 32 bikes have been gutted in the fire. The fire broke out at the shop that was to be inaugurated. Fire fighters arrived and doused the flames. The incident happened Sunday morning at 2 am.

The locals informed the police after seeing smoke emanating from the shop. Five fire force units reached the spot and extinguished the flames in an hour. A loss of lakh has been estimated. The reason for the fire is not known.
