Sreenivasan murder case: Fire force officer arrested

PALAKKAD: Police have arrested a government official in connection with the murder of RSS leader Sreenivasan in Palakkad. The arrested has been identified as Jishad, a fire force officer. According to the probe team, he was involved in the conspiracy in the case. Jishad is an officer at the Kongad Fire Station

Earlier, the police had stated that a big conspiracy was hatched in Palakkad. The accused had prepared a list of their foes and murdered Sreenivasan. Police said that such a conspiracy took place for the first time in the state. The police mentioned this in the application submitted before the court seeking the custody of the arrested accused in the case.
