What leadership is there in Kerala? Why is a case not filed against Samastha leader? Conspiracy in name of hijab, says Governor

governor-

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Governor Arif Mohammad Khan said that he is saddened that the Kerala community did not protest against Samastha leader's anti-women remarks. The governor said he appreciated the courage shown by the girl in connection with the incident. The girl was humiliated in front of the public. The governor while talking to the media said that a case should be registered against the Samastha leader and that he is surprised why the government is not doing that.

The governor said the girl is seen wearing a hijab. This is what I have been saying from the beginning that their goal is not just hijab. They are conspiring how to make women from their community walk backwards. The aim of such religious leaders is to confine women within the four walls of their homes and to deny them educational opportunities in order to destroy employment opportunities.

Such people are spreading Islamophobia all over the world. As a Muslim, I fear them. Such people are dominating the society. They impose their interests on women in the home. It is very disappointing that all the political parties in Kerala are keeping silent on this issue. Not only politicians but also people from other sections of the society are mum.

Why is the government not ready to file a case against the Samastha leader? The governor said that he is surprised for not registering a case on the incident.
