KOCHI: Is there any new evidence against Dileep in the case of attacking the actress? The trial court asked prosecution while considering the plea seeking cancellation of Dileep's bail. The prosecution filed the plea in the trial court seeking cancellation of Dileep's bail on charges of trying to influence witnesses and endangering the investigating officers.

The court while considering the plea asked what evidence the prosecution has to prove that Dileep influenced directly. Do not level allegations solely on conclusions. The court said evidence is needed and not public opinion.

Meantime, the court raised strong criticism against the public prosecutor for the allegation of leaking court documents. The court said the lawyer of the government should remember that the police are not prosecutors.
