Terrorist attack again in Kashmir; Policeman shot dead, daughter seriously injured

SRINAGAR: A police officer was shot dead by terrorists in Gani Mohalla in Srinagar. The deceased has been identified as Saifullah Qadri, a native of Soura in the Anchar area. Saifullah's 7-year-old daughter got injured in the attack. Qadri was shot dead by militants in front of his home.

Qadri's daughter was shot in the right arm. The girl, who was admitted to the hospital, is reported to have survived the accident. The Resistance Front (TRF), a feeder organization of Lashkar-e-Taiba, has claimed responsibility for the attack. This was the third terrorist attack on police this month.
