Tik Tok star shot dead by terrorists; second terror attack in Kashmir this week

SRINAGAR: A Tik Tok artist was shot dead by terrorists. The incident took place in Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam district on Wednesday by around 7 pm. The dead has been identified as Amreen Bhat, a TikTok artist and a TV star. Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) has claimed responsibility of the attack.

Amreen Bhat was killed at her residence. Farhan Zubair, the woman’s nephew, also sustained injuries in the incident. Amreen was soon rushed to the hospital, but could not be saved. The police have begun investigation into the incident.

This is the second terror attack reported in Jammu and Kashmir, this week. On Tuesday, a policeman, who went to drop his daughter for tuition, was shot dead by terrorists outside his home in Srinagar. The dead was identified as Saifullah Qadri. The cop’s daughter had also sustained serious injuries in the attack.
