CHENNAI: BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has said that there was a widespread feeling in intelligence agencies that all the matches of this year's IPL, including the final, were rigged. Taking it to Twitter, the BJP leader also said that an inquiry was needed to clarify the matter. Swamy also took a dig at the union government by stating that the Centre will not conduct an investigation on the matter as Union Minister Amit Shah's son Jay Shah was the "de facto dictator of the BCCI."
Hardik Pandya's Gujarat Titans had defeated Rajasthan Royals led by Sanju Samson in this year's IPL final to become the champions.
There is widespread feeling in intelligence agencies that the Tata IPL Cricket outcomes were rigged. It may require a probe to clear the air for which PIL may be necessary since Govt will not do it as Amit Shah’s son is defacto dictator of BCCI
