Antiques fraud case: Monson Mavunkal quizzed, Anitha Pullayil to be grilled soon

KOCHI: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) questioned Monson Mavunkal in a money laundering case. Monson was brought to Kochi from Viyur jail and questioned.

He was questioned the other day. Indications are that Monson has given detailed information to ED regarding his financial dealings. There were allegations against Monson's friend Anita Pullayil and IG Laxman in the case.

Hints are that Anitha will be questioned soon. Meantime, the crime branch had questioned Anitha yesterday for revealing the victim’s name in the rape case against Monson.
