One terrorist killed in encounter with security forces in Pulwama

SRINAGAR: One terrorist was killed in an encounter with security forces in the Tujjan area of ​​Pulwama district in south Kashmir and Sopore in Baramulla district of north Kashmir.

The security forces had launched a search operation in the area following secret inputs about a terrorist attack in the region. Meanwhile, the terrorists had opened fire upon the officials.

Meantime, another encounter took place in Sopore Town. The security forces had killed one terrorist in the encounter. The search operation is underway in the area, said the Jammu and Kashmir police.
