Youth dies after post falls on him, incident happened when riding pillion

KOZHIKODE: A youth died after an electric post fell on him. The accident happened when the inoperative post was being removed. The dead has been identified as Arjun (22) of Beypore. The incident happened this afternoon at 1 pm at Naduvattom in Kozhikode.

The incident happened when he was riding pillion in the bike. Although he was rushed to taluk hospital and later to the medical college, his life could not be saved. The locals besieged the road alleging serious lapse from the side of KSEB employees.
