Slit wife's throat, played her favorite song watching her die; 21-year old arrested

TALLAHASSEE: A young man has been arrested for brutally killing his wife by slitting her throat. He played his wife's favourite song and held her hand while she laid in the bathtub bleeding. The incident took place in Florida. 21-year-old Xichen Yang killed his wife, Nhu Quynh Pham.

He was taken into police custody on charges of murder and for tampering the evidence. Police arrived at Sichen's apartment after receiving an anonymous call that a man had just killed his wife and was trying to clean up the crime scene. The officers saw Nhu Quynh's body lying in a pool of blood in the bathroom with her throat slashed.Police also found a pair of rubber gloves and a bottle of disinfectant on the floor. During interrogation, Xichen confessed the crime.

Xichen's wife burnt his passport and he attacked her during the quarrel. Xichen confessed that he slashed his wife's neck and drowned her in the bathtub while she tried to escape. Police said that he held her hand and sat nearby playing her favorite song for ten minutes until she died. He did not call 911 for help, informed the officials.
