Pardiwala considered the petition.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has removed the portfolios of ministers in the rebel group. The government has made it clear that departments are being handed over to other ministers for administrative convenience.

Currently,Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, his son Aditya Thackeray, Anil Parab and Subhash Desai are the only Shiv Sena ministers from the official side . The Shiv Sena has ten cabinet ministers and four ministers of state in the cabinet. The ministers of state are in a rebel camp.

Meanwhile, Shiv Sena leader Aditya Thackeray has said that those who cheated them will no longer see the Assembly. Aditya said that even if the MLAs leave, the party activists will be with them. Rebel MLAs should first conduct a moral test before holding a vote of confidence in the Assembly. He also welcomes those who are ready to return.
