NEW DELHI: A setback for Uddhav Thackeray in Maharashtra. The Supreme Court has allowed a floor test against the government. The court did not stay the governor's decision in this regard.
The court order came on a petition filed by the Shiv Sena questioning the governor's move to hold the floor test. The notice will be sent on Shiv Sena's plea.
Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari has directed that floor test will be held in Maharashtra tomorrow. The governor's move is followed by the BJP's demand.
