Rebel MLAs dancing in joy and celebrates as Shinde is named Chief Minister

GOA: The rebel MLAs celebrated the election of Eknath Shinde as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra by dancing in joy. The rebel MLAs jumped with joy and started dancing when Shinde was declared CM. The video of the celebration has been released by news agencies.

The rebel MLAs arrived in Goa yesterday from a luxury hotel in Guwahati, Assam. Here there are 48 MLAs who have declared their written support to Eknath Shinde. Shiv Sena MLAs as well as independent MLAs are among them. Fadnavis announced Shinde as the chief minister. It was first reported that Fadnavis would be the next Chief Minister. But unexpectedly, Shinde was declared as the Chief Minister. Shinde will take over as Chief Minister tonight at 7.30 pm at the Raj Bhavan.
