YouTuber gets bail after arrest for birthday bash at metro station

NOIDA: YouTuber Gaurav Taneja was granted bail after he was arrested for inviting his fans to celebrate his birthday at the metro station. He was arrested by the UP Police after his fans gathered at Sector 51 metro station of the Aqua Line in Noida.

Taneja had booked a metro coach to celebrate his birthday. Noida Metro Rail Corporation allows booking of up to four coaches for celebrations like birthdays. The YouTuber was taken into custody following the heavy rush. The incident happened around 3.30 pm. There was a traffic jam on the road outside the metro station due to the crowd. Tanuja has a YouTube page called ‘Flying Beast’. More than 75 lakh people is following him.

A civil engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, Taneja is currently pursuing Law at the Faculty of Law, Delhi University.
