THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The server failure of the registration department continues, causing difficulties to the public and a revenue loss of Rs 20 crore per day. It has been eight days since deed registration and related services have been interrupted.
The National Informatics Centre (NIC), a central government organization, is responsible for setting up and maintaining the server. The delay in increasing server capacity with workload caused this issue.
