Will release more evidence against Swapna, gave digital evidence to court, says Shaj Kiran

KOCHI: Shaj Kiran has recorded his confidential statement before the court in the conspiracy case against Swapna Suresh. The recording of the statement, which began at afternoon 3 pm, lasted for 2 hours and 50 minutes. Shaj Kiran later told the media that he gave a confidential statement to the court along with digital evidence. He informed the Palakkad Judicial First Class Magistrate Court that the writ petition filed by Swapna Suresh in the High Court was misleading. He also said that he will release more evidence against Swapna Suresh.

Shaj's confidential statement was recorded on the complaint lodged by CPM leader CP Pramod with the DySP. The confidential statement of Shaj's friend Ibrahim was recorded earlier. It was the Kasaba police that first registered a case on the complaint. Later, the case was handed over to the special investigation team.
