Actors pay tributes, Mohanlal says had a friendly and close relationship with him, will miss uncle: Prithviraj

Actors pay tributes to actor and director Pratap Pothen who died in Chennai. In a Facebook post, Mohanlal said that he had a friendly and close relationship with him for many years.


‘Beloved Prathap Pothen, a blessed artist who proved his talent in all fields related to cinema like acting, screenplay, direction and production, has left us. Had years of friendship and intimacy with him,’ Mohanlal shared a picture of Pratap Pothan and wrote on Facebook ‘tributes’. Pratap Pothen was last seen in Barroz directed by Mohanlal.

Actors like Prithviraj, Manju Warrier, Suresh Gopi, Kunchacko Boban and many others paid tributes to the departed soul. ‘Uncle, I will miss you,’ Prithviraj wrote on Facebook.

‘PP...dude you will be missed! Your voice still lingers in my ears man. There was never a second we stopped laughing whenever we talked, have fun in the heavens man, I got your ever-smiling face in my heart forever, no tears, only cheers, wrote Kunchacko Boban.
