Expat arrested from airport for circulating lover’s nude pics via online

KOLLAM: The Karunagapally police arrested an expatriate for circulating the nude pics of his lover whom he got acquainted via online. The youth has been identified as Ajmal Shah (24) of Shah Manzil at Eravipuram Valathungal near Puthenchantha Junction.

Ajmal who got acquainted with the woman via Instagram got her nude pics on the pretext of marriage, then created a fake account and circulated it. The accused was identified on a probe conducted as per IT Act on the complaint of the woman lodged with the Karunagapally police in 2021. A look out notice was issued against the youth who was abroad. The youth who arrived at the airport the other day was arrested. He was arrested by a team led by Karunagapally inspector G Gopakumar along with sub inspectors Alotious Alexander, Pramod and CPO Shahul.
