Twin babies killed and buried in estate, woman in custody

THODUPUZHA: An unmarried woman has been taken into custody for burying her twin babies after suffocating them to death. The incident happened at Udumbanchola in Idukki. The babies were buried in the cardamom estate. Police said the woman, a migrant, committed the crime with the help of the supervisor of the estate. The woman was taken into custody when she was trying to flee to her state after the incident. The police are continuing search to find the place where the bodies have been buried.
