With this, the number of people in custody in the case has gone up to 21. Meantime, the accused have not been caught yet. Fazil, who owned a clothing store, was hacked to death by a four-member gang of masked men.

According to police, the 21 people in custody are being questioned. Reportedly, none of them had actually take part in the murder.
