Running truck catches fire near petrol pump

VADAKARA: A truck, which was running through Koyilandy, caught fire. The goods truck was en route to Vadakara from Kozhikode. The incident took place near a petrol pump at around 5:30 am on Thursday. The rear tyre of the truck had caught fire. Soon after, the fire brigade rushed to the spot and doused the fire. No casualties were reported.
