Fire at beauty parlour in Thiruvalla; Shop completely gutted

PATHANAMTHITTA: A fire broke out at a beauty parlour in Thiruvalla town, on Saturday. The fire was noticed by the employees, who reached the parlour by morning. They immediately informed the fire brigade. However, the interior of the shop was completely gutted.

The parlour had items including perfumes and sanitizers. According to preliminary conclusion, the presence of flammable substances in the shop could have led to the fire. A petrol pump is also located nearby the beauty parlour. A huge accident was averted with the timely intervention of the fire brigade.
