THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Opposition leader VD Satheesan expressed regret over his controversial remark against former minister PK Sreemathy. Satheesan said that he had not personally insulted Sreemathy and that if his remark had hurt her, he would retract it and apologize.
Satheesan's response comes amid controversy over his 'Kidungakshiamma' remark made against Sreemathy in connection with the AKG Centre attack in his speech at Mallapally. Several people including, CPI leader Annie Raja, had come forward with criticism against this.
