THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP State President K Surendran said that the party would approach court against K T Jaleel MLA over his Azad Kashmir remark. Kerala Police is not ready to file a case against K T Jaleel who made the seditious statement. The government's stance is to protect Jaleel. So BJP will approach the court. Surendran also said that K T Jaleel is not eligible to continue as a legislator. Jaleel is a person who questioned the sovereignty of the country, said Surendran while addressing the media at OBC Morcha state shikha shibir camp at Vembayam.

Surendran also demanded that a special investigation team comprising high-ranking police officers should be appointed to investigate Governor Arif Muhammad Khan's revelation that people under the leadership of Kannur VC tried to endanger him.He also demanded that strong action be taken against the culprits in the incident.

'The allegations raised by the Governor against Kannur VC is pointing towards Home department and Chief Minsiter Pinarayi Vijayan. The police have not yet filed case as per instructions of the authorities. The CM is answerable to this. The government is of the view that even if they try to kill the Governor, there is no need to file a case.

The accused in Palakkad murder case and their relatives claims that they are CPM activists. BJP and RSS have nothing to do with the murder. The CPM's effort to trap BJP and RSS became futile. Will react strongly against fake cases', said Surendran.
