Meanwhile, the Chief Minister has started discussions with trade union leaders and management representatives to find a solution to the problems in KSRTC. The union leaders will inform the Chief Minister their objection against the move to give coupons instead of salary. In the meeting, CM will demand the employees to agree with the twelve hours single duty with provisions in order to revive KSRTC. But the trade unions except CITU is of the strong opinion that they will not accept the move to impose more than eight hours of duty. They also plan to conduct strike if necessary.
