Sanjay Dutt roped in for new Lokesh Kanagaraj-Vijay film; Bollywood star to get record salary for playing villain in Thalapathy 67

The upcoming film of the Lokesh Kanagaraj- Thalapathy Vijay combo has been in the news for quite some time. Now, latest reports are claiming that Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt has been roped in to play the lead villain in the film, which is set in a gangster background.

According to reports, Sanjay Dutt will be getting a record remuneration of 10 crores for the film. It was Sanjay Dutt who played the villain in the second part of the blockbuster pan-Indian film KGF. Earlier, there were reports that Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran and director Gautham Vasudev Menon will be essaying important characters in the film. The pre-production work of the film is in progress.
